Early 20th Century French linen biaude smock in unusual natural off-white linen, usually worn in ateliers, by painters and other artisans. Gathering around collar and back of the neck with wide collar. Single shell button closure on front with hook and eye at neck. Shell button cuffs. Two hidden interior pockets and vents on hips.
Oversized, varied fit garment but the measurements are:
21” shoulder seam to seam, 25” shoulder seam to cuff, 37” all the way across the chest and 48.5” length.
Condition: In almost perfect overall condition with very minor signs of age and use.
